GetInstantProof
Privacy policy
GetInstantProof should collect only what is needed to organise a matter, protect private evidence and keep marketing or analytics data separate from file contents.
Private matter information
Uploaded records, dispute descriptions, chronology notes and generated packs should be handled as private matter information with access restricted to the authorised user and necessary services.
Original files
Source records should be preserved separately from labels, annotations and working copies so the customer can understand what was changed and what was not.
Cross-site handoff
Moving organised material from Proof into Resolve should require user control and a clear preview of the information being transferred.
Analytics minimisation
Do not send dispute text, filenames, document contents, names, email addresses or payment details into analytics events.
Security
Authentication, authorisation, secure transport and server-side access controls should prevent one user from accessing another user's records.
