Keep quote and repair history
Keep title or plan documents and any professional survey separately, preserving the exact wording and date.
Record the fence, gates, retaining structures and relevant features from places you are lawfully entitled to access.
Preserve contractor quotes, invoices and proposals with dates and scope.
Keep neighbour messages, council or association records and notices in sequence.
